01 / Analytics + Intelligence
Your numbers, finally telling you what to do.
InfernoMetrix binds dashboards directly to your source reports — charges, appointments, payroll, billing. ANA is the intelligence layer on top: she reads the tiles, spots what matters, and turns the trend into an action. A number without action is decoration. ANA doesn't do decoration.

Real captures from the product — dashboards bound to source data, and ANA's readouts alongside them.
ANA insights — "Find changes worth acting on." Governed analysis with the action attached, never raw source rows.
Guided import — datasets bound to source, reviewed and validated before they feed a single tile. (Demo data shown.)

How it works
Data in. Decisions out.
Bind to source
Tiles connect straight to your charge, appointment, payroll, and billing reports. No re-keying, no stale exports — the dashboard reads what the practice actually did.
ANA reads it
ANA interrogates the trends the way a CFO would: what's moving, what's off-plan, and which numbers are just noise. She doesn't admire trends — she interrogates them.
You get the action
The output isn't a prettier chart. It's the call list, the staffing decision, the follow-up queue — the next thing to do, tied to the number that demanded it.
What it replaces
The monthly report nobody reads.
Most practices already have the data. What they don't have is someone turning it into Tuesday's to-do list. InfernoMetrix is the data layer; ANA is the someone. Together they close the loop between "we should look at the numbers" and "here's what we're doing about them."
- Direct source binding — tiles read charge, appointment, ADP, and billing data, not copies of copies.
- Plain-language readouts — ANA explains what moved and why, in words a manager can act on.
- Action-first output — every insight lands as a next step: who to call, what to staff, where to look.
